Please contact us via the Livechat in order to request to cancel the auto-renewal. Please provide us with the following information:
- Email used for the purchase
- Invoice number or Paypal Invoice or Google invoice with GPA number
- Date of purchase
If I delete the app or de-activate my account will my subscription automatically be canceled?
No. These actions will not cancel your subscription.
