InvestingPro+ Cancellation and Refund

Cancel a Subscription through the InvestingPro+ Homepage

1. Go to the InvestingPro+ homepage
2. Select your username icon from the top-right corner of the homepage
3. Choose Plan Summary from the dropdown menu
4. Click Cancel Subscription

If I deactivate my account, will my subscription automatically be canceled?

No. This action will not cancel your subscription. You need to cancel the subscription as mentioned above.

If I have problems with my subscription?

If you have issues with your subscription, please contact us at the Investing Help Center, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.  

What is the Refund Policy?

InvestingPro+ services are on a non-refundable basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time and it will not auto-renew after the current billing period. Paid service will remain active for the duration of the paid period.
