Requesting to cancel the auto-renewal for your ad-free subscription
Please contact our Investing Help Center under 'Report a problem,' in order to request to cancel the auto-renewal. Please provide us with the following information:
- Email used for the purchase
- Invoice number or Paypal Invoice or Google invoice with GPA number
- Date of purchase
If I delete the app or de-activate my account will my subscription automatically be canceled?
No. These actions will not cancel your subscription.
**Please contact us at Investing Help Center in order to cancel your subscription at any time and it will not auto-renew after the current billing period.
What is the Refund Policy?
The Ad-Free service is on a non-refundable basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time and it will not auto-renew after the current billing period. Paid service will remain active for the duration of the paid period.
