- Your full name and full address.
- Proof of purchase for the subscription:
- For the website - the transaction ID from Gate2Shop. This should be delivered to your email from G2S after the purchase. In case you did not receive it, please contact G2S billing support - email@example.com for the transaction ID.
- For the mobile app - the purchase receipt from the app store
Once we have all the information, we can proceed with refunding you.
