When do the daily candles open and close on the different charts?

There are 3 main chart types, and each may have different open and close times as follows:

• The Overview Chart (on http://www.investing.com/commodities/crude-oil) shows the daily/weekly/monthly candles in GMT. Other candles are shown in local time (computer timezone). 
• In the Streaming Chart (http://www.investing.com/commodities/crude-oil-streaming-chart) the timezone can be set by clicking on the Chart Properties button --> Timezone/Sessions. 
• In the Interactive Chart (http://www.investing.com/commodities/crude-oil-advanced-chart) the candles are shown in local time (computer timezone).
